Life Coaching

A Life Coach is a professional who works with people to help them achieve their goals by providing guidance and support. I feel called to be a guide for those at the crossroads of life. We are all experiencing some form of transition as we grow as individuals, as our relationships shift, as our families transform, and as our physical/mental/emotional health and the health of our loved ones improves or degrades. I can offer practical guidance, support, relief, and even joy as these transitions take place.

Trauma
